The Patons welcomed baby Desirée into their home and began the adoption process, and we were all SO EXCITED, but when we did this photoshoot, she was not legally theirs yet, so we had to get tons of photos that didn’t show her face. It was so difficult to do that, because as a photographer, it goes against everything you are used to capturing: the eyes, those baby cheeks, and all the cute facial expressions. Now that everything is finalized with the adoption, I am thrilled to share this joyful lifestyle shoot in LaFayette Park in St.Louis.
